Dr. Kathryn Birmingham ensures that the company’s online training standards are met and leads the teams developing training solutions. Birmingham is a former University of Florida professor and was Dean of Arts and Sciences at Florida State College, where she oversaw the biotechnology degree program and food testing analytical lab. She is also certified as a Lead Instructor for the FDA compliance with Preventive Controls Qualified Individual training.

Jill manages our teams for high efficiency and productivity. During her career Droge has developed several businesses. She worked for nearly three decades in the telecommunications industry, as both a vice president overseeing a multi-state territory for Verizon, and as the owner/operator of a statewide group of retail stores. Droge is active member of the National Cannabis Industry Association’s (NCIA) Marketing Committee and leads the NCIA’s Next-Gen Advertising Committee. She also consults globally on a wide variety of topics related to business development.

Dr. Kathy Knutson consults internationally for companies that manufacture food, dietary supplements, and cannabis-infused products. Knutson is an expert in recall investigations, problem-solving, training and provides consulting services around compliance with FDA regulations. She also excels at conducting hazard analyses, risk assessments, and recall investigations to determine the root cause of issues and how to best control pathogens, specializing in developing Environmental Monitoring Programs for ready-to-eat foods.
