Ensure your company is prepared for an inspection or audit by training multiple members of your team as Preventive Controls Qualified Individuals (PCQIs).
This training contains updated FDA guidance on FSMA’s Preventive Controls for Human Food (PCHF) rule, and is an interactive, scenario-based course that covers the FDA-approved standardized curriculum components, including:
- cGMPs and HACCP
- Preventive controls (e.g. process, allergen, supply chain)
- Developing a food safety plan (e.g. verification & validation procedures, developing a recall plan, and recordkeeping procedures)
Who Should Take This Course?
This ten-module program is for any personnel in an FDA-regulated food processing facility who is responsible for the creation and execution of the food safety plan.
Typically managers, supervisors and quality control leads take this course, as well as those seeking to advance to such a position. Companies of all sizes typically train multiple PCQIs to ensure that one is available on all shifts.
After passing the exam, a completion certificate can be downloaded and either shared or placed with your Food Safety Plan.
